Operations Lead

We are seeking an Operations Lead to play a vital and enabling role at the heart of our church life. This is a key position within our Ministry Support Team, responsible for ensuring that the practical, operational, and technical foundations of our ministry are strong, well-run, and supportive of all that God is doing among us. From facilities and systems to health & safety, IT, and event support, the Operations Lead helps create the conditions in which staff, volunteers, and the wider church family can thrive in their calling.

This role would suit a committed Christian who is organised, proactive, and motivated by seeing ministry flourish through excellent behind-the-scenes support. You will be joining a warm, prayerful staff team in a lively evangelical Anglican church with a strong commitment to Word and Spirit, and with deep engagement in the life of our city.
