Charlotte’s Half Marathon Challenge – Supporting Salisbury CAP Centre

Charlotte is taking on the Bath Two Tunnels Race on 16th August 2026 to celebrate three special milestones — CAP’s 30th anniversary, Salisbury CAP’s 12 years of supporting people out of debt, and her own 60th year! Having once avoided running completely, Charlotte has already run a half marathon for CAP national in 2017. She is now stepping up to this huge challenge to help raise vital funds specifically for the completely self-funded Salisbury CAP centre. Thanks to the support of volunteers, churches and local supporters, 128 people have already become debt free through the centre — but many more still need help. Every donation will help bring practical support, hope and a brighter future to people struggling with debt and poverty. Together, we’re aiming to raise £2,000.

Support the work of CAP in Salisbury

Over the last 10 years we have helped more than 120 people find freedom from debt.

But there is still more work to do. We are so grateful for every gift that empowers this vital service in our city and beyond. You’re not just giving to a project - you’re helping to change someone’s life.

The Salisbury CAP Centre works in partnership with St Paul’s, who facilitate our finances. Every gift received for CAP goes directly to a restricted fund, and is used only for CAP purposes.

If you would like to give a one-off or regular gift, the best way to do this is through the Salisbury CAP Centre Parish Giving Share account.
