Soul-ed out!

receivinggod2.jpgWe're just back from one of the best Soul Survivors I've been to and am now happily in that blended space of exhaustion and spiritual life! It was of course, helped by the great weather, but it was also the blend of 42 great young people, 6 pretty hard working leaders, and some fantastic encounters with God that make this one especially memorable!

Ants Watts was an especially powerful yet practical speaker who was an absolute (challenging!) legend.  Now we all have to act on what he said, and seriously love God and love other people - til it hurts... so let's pray for each other, keep in good contact, and especially be praying for and supporting the 3 folks who decided to follow Jesus for the first time.

 I also wanted to record real thanks to the leaders, and to Andy for cooking so well for so many - but it wouldn't be fair not to mention simpy the great group of young people who went - it really was a privilege to spend a few days in a field with you all, and see all that God did amongst us as people got healed, saw hurts removed, and relationships patched up.  Just great stuff from a great God - and it doesn't end there!  As a team, we are genuinely very excited about all that September holds, with rumours of the relaunch of the Lounge, a new approach to community action projects, an even more dynamic DeeperIMPACT, and TaG going from strength to strength.  So join us on 6th Sept to find out more!
