New Term - New Theme

We had a great Sunday last week thinking about what God might want us to do and how we should move forward into this term. So we’re thinking about new themes for Impact and Encounter that will challenge us all and help us to keep focused on God in every area of our lives, more information on that this weekend!

This week we’re back into the start of term with the first DEEPER IMPACT of the term on Friday 13th January, 5pm – 7pm at the Church Hall (£2.50 per person to cover the food costs) – as usual expect the mix of games, fun, group time and food. Each time we’ll meet we have a topic that we’ll focus on near the end of the session to have some space to deal with some of the tough questions we can all struggle with. It would be great to see all of you there especially as it’s the first of the term.

Then on Sunday we’re back with Impact and Encounter during the morning service and Encounter again after the evening service from 8pm in the Church Hall. Don’t forget the Encounter weekend away planning meeting at 5.30pm this Sunday (food will be provided... as if there wasn’t enough reason to come)

The team had a chance to meet up on Monday and explore where God was leading us – the feedback session last Sunday really helped. It looks like an exciting term ahead with lots of stuff to get involved with and most of all we pray that God would shape, challenge and equip us!
