The women’s ministry at St Paul’s plays a key part in the life of the church. Our midweek group, OASIS, meets on Thursday mornings for worship, teaching, group discussion and prayer. We also run women-only courses to explore the Christian faith and host regular women’s breakfasts on Saturday mornings.
OASIS provides an opportunity for women of all ages to make room for God in the middle of the week to be nourished and refreshed spiritually, make friends and grow in the Christian life.
We meet at 10am on Thursday mornings during term time in the Church. There is a crèche for pre-threes and a pre-school group – Discoverers – for three to five year olds available in the Church Centre.
You can listen to some of the teaching from our Oasis meetings on the Sermons Downloads page.

Also on Thursday mornings, we run a women-only course for those exploring and those new to Christian faith. It provides a wonderful opportunity to meet with others, listen to a short talk and discuss those questions you always wanted to ask in an informal, no-pressure setting.
Our women’s breakfasts – on Saturday mornings – are for all women but are particularly good for those who work during the week and are unable to attend OASIS. With great food, teaching and fellowship, it’s an event not to miss. Click for information on the May breakfast.
Oasis re-starts on Thursday 3rd May following the Easter break, with an introduction to this term's course, studying The Marks of Maturity, by Mary Pytches.
Women's Breakfast on Saturday 19th May in the Church Centre from 8.30-10.30am. Guest speaker Charlotte Hutchison will give a talk after breakfast, entitled 'I don't know how she does it! The working woman - a Biblical perspective.'
Women's Day Conference on Saturday 17th November in the Church. An exciting line up of speakers has been arranged, including Sarah Richards - from Cornerstone Church, Swansea - and Mary Pytches.
