Plans are underway for a Church Weekend Away over the May Day Bank holiday weekend in 2011.

Treasure Island at St Paul's

400 people packed St Paul’s for David Robinson’s pantomime adaptation of Robert Louis Stevenson’s “Treasure Island” on the evening of Tuesday 22nd December. Everything you expect from a traditional panto was included in the show, (“oh yes it was!”) with Long John Silver wooing Mrs Whalebone with Tom Jones’ hits and Captain Smollett trying some classic Cliff to win her hand. Meanwhile Jim Hawkins was taken prisoner on Treasure Island.
