Many thanks to the 75ish people who took part in Another Big Saturday! It was so encouraging to see some new as well as old faces join our teams as we set off into 16 placements to serve the local community. From isolated individuals, to those living with enduring mental health issues, our placements offered real opportunities to make a real difference.
One of our residents phoned earlier in the week to say "Wow! Thank you so much! I am stood at my window looking at my new patio, and, well, wow! I cannot thank the team enough!"

Feedback from Richard Morgan's (our Associate Minister) week with two parishes in Wallington. God was very much at work, and a number of people came to new faith in Jesus. An encouragement to us in Salisbury to keep sharing our faith as a priority in our life as a church.

Just as we were wondering about how to progress the plans for our new SP2 youth and community centre, our wonderful God has provided a brilliant new way forward.
A joint development agreement with a developer will now enable us to have a brand new tailor-made three story building at minimal cost.

I'm off today as part of the 'Passion for Life' team going to Wallington, Surrey. There's a team of 16 of us, and our aim is to present the good news of Jesus clearly. We want people to be able to find a new faith in Jesus.

Hello Guys! My name is Martin and I am a bible student studying at Moorlands College and have had the pleasure of working with the youth department here at St.Paul’s as a six-week placement. The placement was actually brilliantly timed because I was able to join Encounter (St.Paul’s senior youth group) for their weekend away 2010!

Hi, this is Fishy here. I thought you might be interested in hearing about King's Glory Primary School. This is a small primary school begun in a rural community about 20km from Jinja in Uganda. It is set up in a poor area where many parents dont send their children to school as they would either have to cross a very busy main road or a river..also many parents dont value education.

We all feel a sense of generosity to one another just now as we celebrate God's generosity to us for sending the baby Jesus to come and live amongst us.

Do you have friends and family staying for Christmas? Why not tell them about SP2 and ask them to try it as well?
