ETT - Gift Sunday Report Back

Initial calculations show that a wonderful total of c. £150,000 from 75 new pledges was received from Gift Sunday on 22nd November. Others may come in over the next few days. It is quite clear that sacrifical giving continues apace. Thank you all so very much!

However, this is only 15% of the second £million, and, even though we are seeking to do it in bite-sized chunks, this is not even enough to start Stage 1 of Phase 2.

The PCC will now be making prayerful decisions about the options open. Watch out for information via the website, in the weekly service sheets and by announcements.

What does God have to say to us about this?

Proverbs 13:11 puts it like this: 'Money that comes easily disappears quickly, but money that is gathered in little by little will slowly grow'. Thank you, Lord, for these words of assurance.
