Half way through the year

 Dear All

Here we are in the middle of the year and astonished at how God has helped us carry out 5 prayer rooms (1 in Cuba, 3 in Cartagena and one in Cali). 

Each one has had a different focus and feel and in all we have sensed the Lord carrying the lion's share of the load and the Lion's authority over the prayer room itself and the work that has come out of each. (see newsletter ...)

What we need to do now is complete the consolidation of all the information, resources, methods and strategies we used so that they are available to churches, other YWAM bases and ministries to keep using.

In our vision "to see... society transformed by Biblical principles.." we are going to be writing more, disseminating Christian perspectives in these areas and also gradually developing the artistic methods of "making disciples, teaching them to obey everything [Jesus has] told [us]." (Mat 28:19 +20).

What is clear is that the Lord is stirring up many people to pray, seek Him and worship Him - pray with us that all of our "doing" comes out of that. As writer and intercessor Joy Dawson said anything we do that is not done through prayer is done through pride... (not a direct quote, but very challenging and true!)
