Andrew Cullis, Rector
As Rector of St Paul’s, Andrew oversees the staff team and helps set the vision and direction for the whole church. Together with his wife, Lis – a woodwind teacher, he has three adult children. Andrew has previously served at churches in Nottingham and the South East and, before studying theology, did a degree in engineering and economics. By family tradition (his father was a professional football player and manager) Andrew loves sport and plays competitive squash. His day off is Friday.

Richard Morgan, Associate Minister
Richard moved to Salisbury from Essex in 2008 to join the staff as Associate Minister. He is married to Ruth and together they have five children. His day off is Friday.

Nic Arkley, Director of Music
Since joining the team in early 2007, Nic has been heading up our worship teams, as well as giving time to our graphic and IT requirements. Nic is very happily married to Sarah, who he met and wed here at St Paul's. Nic's interests include house design, graphic design, visual media and arts in worship, photography, understanding the Bible in its original context, and anything Spider-man related. His day off is Monday.

Jon Langford, Director of Youth and Community Work
Jon has worked with young people in a variety of settings over the last 20+ years and currently oversees the church’s work with 11-19 year olds through our youth groups. He also heads up our community work, such as Another Big Saturday and the annual July Project. He is married to Wendy and they have two daughters. In his spare time Jon enjoys music, family holidays and anything to do with Star Wars. His day off is Monday.

Steve Inglis, Youth Support Worker
Steve joined the team in September 2007 and, as Youth Support Worker, is involved with all things Encounter, Impact, or Jon Langford related. In particular, Steve looks after the TaG (Training and Growth) Mentoring programme. Steve has a degree in Ancient History and loves Uganda. Aside from writing his own profile, Steve enjoys sport, films, friends, fun and chopping wood.

Josh Howard, Youth and Community Worker
Josh joined the team in September 2007 and as the Youth and Community Worker spends most of his time working with Encounter and Impact, and pioneering our new SP2 initiative. He is also currently studying Youth and Community Work with Applied Theology at the Centre for Youth Ministry in Bristol. As well as a passion for the growth and discipleship of young people, he is keenly interested in the concept of community and all the different forms it takes. He loves football, food, films and being married to his wife, Jo. He works Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays.

Jane Renyard, Children’s Worker
Jane joined the team in 2001 and oversees a team of volunteers leading all church activities involving children aged 0-11, both on Sundays and during the week. She is also involved with our church school, running an after-school club, co-ordinating church-led assemblies and as a Governor. Jane is married to Chris, lead Chaplain at Salisbury District Hospital, and they have four adult children. In her spare time she enjoys caravanning, cooking and reading. Her day off is Friday.

Andrew Robertson, General Manager
Andrew is responsible for church management and administration. Since joining the staff in 2003, he has spent much of his time project managing our redevelopment project. Andrew was previously Head of Buildings and Estate at Salisbury Cathedral. He is married to Cilla and they enjoy walks in the New Forest and breaks in their caravan. Andrew’s day off is Monday.

So-Young Kwon, Gap Year Assistant
So-Young hails from South Korea and is spending ten months with us through 'Time for God' - an international Christian gap year agency. Most of her week is spent working with children and young people but she's also a great help around the Church Office. So-Young's day off is Friday.

Sandra Featherstone, Church Secretary
Invaluable around the office, Sandra is usually the first person that you will speak to if you call the Church Office. As well as taking care of the church’s administrative requirements, she makes sure everything is ready for our weekend services, produces our weekly notice sheet and is always ready to answer your queries. Sandra is married to Andrew, loves all kinds of music and sings in a local Choral Society. Sandra works Tuesday to Friday.
